This Fulfillment Policy outlines our process for delivering services and physical products, as well as our refund and return policies.
By purchasing or using any service or product from I KING APE LLC, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Analytical and Research Services

A. Service Delivery

Our primary service consists of stock analysis and company research, provided digitally through reports, summaries, and written materials.

  • Analytical reports are typically delivered via email or secure digital link within 3–7 business days of purchase or order confirmation.

  • Completion times may vary based on workload or report complexity.

  • Clients will be notified promptly if additional time is required.

B. No Refunds on Services

Due to the nature of analytical and digital research, all sales for services are final.
Once a report or analytical service has been initiated or delivered, no refunds or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances.
We encourage clients to review service details carefully before making a purchase.

C. Corrections and Revisions

If a clerical or factual error is discovered within your delivered report, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
We will review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a corrected version at no additional cost.
This does not constitute a refund.

3. Physical Merchandise (Apparel and Lifestyle Products)

A. Processing and Delivery

  • Physical orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received and a tracking number when it ships.

B. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only for physical products that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 10 days of delivery

  • In resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags/packaging)

Approved returns will be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, contact us at KING@IKINGAPE.COM with your order number and reason for return.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery with supporting photos and your order number.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Orders for physical items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Orders for analytical or digital services cannot be canceled once work has begun.
